Largest Real Estate Conference To Hold In Lagos

The Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka, on Tuesday received a delegation from the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) to her office.

The Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka, on Tuesday received a delegation from the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) to her office.

The delegation, led by the President of FIABCI Nigeria Chapter, Mr. Akin Opatola, included FIABCI Africa and Near East President, Mr. Adeniji Adele, and FIABCI International Board Member, Mr. Gbenga Ismail.

Their visit aimed to explore strategic collaboration with the Ministry to ensure the successful hosting of the largest Real Estate Conference, scheduled to take place in Lagos State in June 2025.

Benson-Awoyinka reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to supporting and partnering with FIABCI in delivering a world-class conference.

She emphasized the Lagos State’s position as a prime destination for investment and innovation in the real estate sector, assuring the delegation of the government’s readiness to provide the necessary backing for the event’s success.
