Hon. Kasunmu distributes 250 cartons of palliatives to constituents

As part of his efforts to cushion the effects of fuel subsidy removal on his Constituents, Lagos state House of Assembly, Deputy Majority Leader, Hon. Adedamola Richard Kasunmu (ARK), has distributed a total of 250 cartons of food palliatives across Ikeja Constituency 2.

As part of his efforts to cushion the effects of fuel subsidy removal on his Constituents, Lagos state House of Assembly, Deputy Majority Leader, Hon. Adedamola Richard Kasunmu (ARK), has distributed a total of 250 cartons of food palliatives across Ikeja Constituency 2.

Each carton contains the following food items: Rice (10kg); Beans (5kg) and Garri (5kg).

One Hundred (100) Cartons were dispatched to Ikeja LGA through the Party; another Hundred cartons went to Ojodu LCDA through the party, while a total number of 50 were shared to individuals outside the party structure who fell within the targeted category of beneficiaries.

The palliatives are part of the Lagos State Government’s initiative to ameliorate the negative impact of fuel subsidy removal on the citizenry. They are essentially targeted at the vulnerable members of the Constituency, especially, women and the aged.
