The Member House of Representatives for Ikeja Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon James Abiodun Faleke has assured members of his constituents of the continued topnotch quality service to the people as currently enjoyed by the grassroots constituents of the party’s national leader and presidential flagbearer Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
This assurance was made on Wednesday during his Independent Campaign Team led by his adorable wife, Chief (Mrs.) Bukola Faleke, the Yeye Atunlushe-Akorede of Ikeja-Land the house-to-house visitations and consultations to critical stakeholders to solicit votes for All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Candidates, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and reelections of her husband Rt. Hon Faleke for the Ikeja Federal Constituency and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu ahead of the general elections.
Chief (Mrs.) Bukola Faleke represented her husband and led the campaign team to visitations and meetings with artisans and other stakeholders to express gratitude and appreciation for their unalloyed support to the APC and especially her husband, Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke in the previous elections and seek their support for the coming elections.
She reiterates that the welfare of the people is the topmost priority of her husband, which brought about his slogan “Service to the People Continues”.
On Wednesday, the team continued its campaign visitation to Lagos State Garage and Parks Management, Ojodu Berger Branch to meet critical stakeholders, market women/men and thereafter proceeded to meet members of the Unity Mechanics Omole, Ojodu and Grammar School area.
The Campaign Team also visited Lagos State Garage and Parks Management, Ogba Branch to meet the stakeholders and Market women/men; Mechanics village Oluwole/Shogunro; Lagos State Garage and Parks Managements Ikeja Branch by Olowu to meet the unions and market women/men; New Staff Quarter Police Barack, Ikeja and the STD Police Barrack, Ikeja
Chief (Mrs.) Faleke and her team were well received with warm reception everywhere they visited, a reflection of the good gesture they all benefited from the amiable federal lawmaker who is also the Secretary of the APC Presidential Campaign Council.
Rt. Hon Faleke in the last 4 years has empowered well over 6,000 members of his constituents with human capacity development training with cash grants to establish them.
He has also facilitated the rehabilitation and construction of roads, police stations, and schools, and equipped all the built facilities.
Other sustainable development projects he facilitated include the lighting up of every nook and cranny of the Ikeja Federal Constituency with solar-powered streetlights under his “Light Up Ikeja Project” which has inevitably helped to reduce crime.
Youths of Ikeja have mostly benefitted from Faleke’s empowerment programme, as he has distributed free 400 mini-buses, and 300 hundred tricycles to ease the effect of the State Government’s necessary ban on commercial motorcycles and more importantly to empower beneficiaries to be economically independent to take care of themselves and immediate families.
Most recently he facilitated and partnered with Nigeria Institute for Sports to host a month-long Ikeja Games where over 600 residents of Ikeja Federal Constituency participated in 10 individual and teams events and winners were handsomely rewarded.
During the Independent Campaign Team visitation on Wednesday, the APC LGA Chairman for Ojodu LCDA, Alhaja (Hon.) Olusola Kokumo took time to introduce all the party candidates to the voters from Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the reelection of Mr. Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu for Governor of Lagos, Dr. Idiat Oluranti Adebule contesting for Senate Lagos West, Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke for House of Representatives, Ikeja Federal Constituency; Prince Seyi Lawal and Hon. Adedamola Richard Kasunmu contesting for Lagos State House of Assembly Ikeja Constituencies 1 and 2 respectively.
Barrister Olawale Ajala took time to introduce all the guests and further educate the electorates on BVAS MACHINE ahead of the election as well as the dos and don’ts of Election Day.
It was an impressive outing as everyone visited was full of praise and chanted encomiums on the man of the people Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke.
