8th African Nations Championship: Eguavoen invites Rabiu Ali, 29 others to camp ahead of Ghana encounter

Head Coach Augustine Eguavoen has extended invitations to 30 players to report to camp as the Nigeria Football Federation reiterates its commitment to ensuring the Super Eagles B’s qualification for the forthcoming African Nations Championship finals.

The 8th edition of this prestigious tournament is slated to take place in February 2025, covering Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.

All invited players are expected to report to the Remo Stars Sports Institute in Ikenne-Remo, Ogun State, on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.

The team will commence preparations for the first leg of the qualification match against Ghana’s Black Stars B, which is set to be held at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, December 22.

The return leg is expected to be held at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Saturday, December 28.
