2023 General Elections: APC Extends Sale Of Expression Of Interest And Nomination Forms to 12th May, Adjusts Timetable

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has extended the sale of its nomination and expression of interest forms for the 2023 general elections to Thursday 12th May 2022.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has extended the sale of its nomination and expression of interest forms for the 2023 general elections to Thursday 12th May 2022.

The party on Tuesday evening, announced that the deadline for the purchase of the forms for various political offices will close on Thursday, May 12, 2022.

For aspirants who have already purchased the forms, they have until Friday may 13 to submit them, while the party prepares for its primary elections.

“Following the new submission date, APC has fixed Saturday, May 14 and Sunday, May 15, for screening of all aspirants that have returned their duly completed and signed nomination and expression of interest forms to the APC Secretariat”, it added in a notification issued on Tuesday.

Lagos Panorama recalls that APC had earlier announced that the sale of forms will close on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.

The party, however, said the dates are in line with its adjusted timetable following the encroachment of two work-free days in the course of executing its timetable for the 2023 general elections.
