The Public Affairs Analyst elucidated on the Justice Inyang Ekwo’s ruling, with an insight to the implications, challenges and proffered solution to the Judicial lacuna, as some political commentators have quick to referenced past defectors like Gov Aminu Tambuwal, Gov Godwin Obaseki and a host of other both in the executive and legislature weren’t reprimanded for jumping ship.

Meanwhile, Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State and the deputy governor, Dr. Kelechi Igwe, have obtained an interim order from a state high court that would last for seven days.
