Today, democracy got another thumbs up as our nation took another giant step forward to achieving peace and prosperity for its citizens, and strengthening governance.
I want to specially congratulate two great men who have marched boldly and tenaciously; Distinguished Senator Ahmed Lawan and Rt. Hon. Femi GBAJABIAMILA today, both emerged as Speaker, House of Representatives and President of the Senate respectively, have given us a great cause to celebrate.
With these men, we are sure that democracy is safe, and that the proceedings at the National Assembly will be of a high level of political excellence.
They come with the required experience and expertise to steer the National Assembly in the right direction.
Once again, it is with a hearty disposition, that I congratulate both leaders and wish them well in their respective endeavors at the National Assembly. We pray that your tenure shall be successful and that your legislative activities and acumen will aid the NEXT LEVEL AGENDA

Rotimi Amaechi, the Transportation Minister in the soon-to-end nightmarish government of Muhammadu Buhari was livid with indignation when he visited the scene of the dastardly attack on the Abuja-Kaduna train on Tuesday.
