Five hundred residents of Ajegunle, Lagos State, have benefited from a medical outreach sponsored by Association of Medical Sales Representatives Professionals of Nigeria (AMSPON).
Beneficiaries were treated to free consultations, tests, medications and counseling.
President of AMSPON Babatunde Yaya noted that many beneficiaries lacked knowledge of the basic health precautions to be taken, ‘and that is why AMSPON decided to hold the outreach…’
He added: “This medical outreach is to help people know the basic health precaution to take. Knowing the little details about our health status will keep us healthy. Everyone should be familiar with their blood pressure, sugar level, and others.
“AMSPON is doing this to encourage people to be intentional about their health and wellbeing so we can all enjoy life while we still have it.”
