The Council Boss in the presence of the Paramount Ruler, spoke on the leadership dexterity of the Royal father, which sits on unity of divergence, religious balance, indifference to class segregation and tribal bigotism; a seed of leadership quality which has kept the new direction together with the new leadership of the Local Council in Iba LCDA.

Hon Jubril said “on behalf of the entire members of staff, we are glad to receive our Kabiyesi amidst the Council Secretariat today”, he mentioned before the duo joined others at the conference hall of the Office of the Chairman for this month Peace and Security meeting.
