The Vice-Chairman Ifelodun Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon Lateef Ojora-Adejiyan is dead. He died after a brief illness on Thursday evening at St Nicholas Hospital.
The unfortunate demised was confirmed in a press release signed by the Executive Chairman, Ifelodun LCDA, Hon Olufemi Akanbi Okeowo, who also condoled with the Ojora-Adejiyan family as well as the people of Ifelodun LCDA over the death of the Vice-Chairman.
The Chairman noted that the death is a great loss not only to his family but the entire Ifelodun people.
The Executive Chairman eulogized the late Vice Chairman for living an exemplary life dictated to humanitarian service.
“Hon Lateef lived a life worthy of emulation by all. He was a fatherly figure whose lifestyle affected a lot of people positively” the Council Boss affirmed.
Hon Lateef Ojora-Adejiyan had previously served Ifelodun LCDA as Vice Chairman in the first term administration of the immediate past government and he was also a former Supervisor for Works. He will be remembered for his humility and leadership style.
