The current holders were held to a 3-3 draw by Zenit in their final group fixture on Wednesday night.

Thomas Tuchel’s men opened the scoring through Timo Werner but went behind after goals from Claudinho and Sardar Azmoun.

Romelu Lukaku levelled for Chelsea after the break, before Werner put them in front again.

However, the Blues conceded a late equalizer scored by Magomed Ozdoev.

Juventus have won the group, thanks to a 1-0 win over Malmo.

The draw for the Round of 16 will be held on Monday, December 13.
