Till date, 193644 cases have been confirmed, 179249 cases have been discharged and 2488 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory

The 631 new cases are reported from 20 states- Lagos (172), Oyo (93), Rivers (72), Edo (63), Kastina (29), Abia (26), FCT (23), Kano (23), Bayelsa (20), Ogun (20), Ekiti (18), Anambra (16), Delta (16), Osun (14), Imo (11), Benue (6), Enugu (4), Jigawa (2), Niger (2) and Nasarawa (1)

A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities
