…Suspects Arrested
Officers of Rapid Response Squad (RRS) and a combined team of officers from Isokoko, Pen Cinema, Area G as well as Op – Mesa have restored peace after dislodging rival gangsters who unleashed mayhem in Mosalashi Alhaja and Stadium area, inward Pen Cinema, Agege.
Some of the suspects arrested were and handed over to Pen Cinema Division.
Peace has returned to the area while police have maintained ceaseless patrol of the area.
Pandemonium had broke out yesterday in the axis as area boys engaged in street fight, forcing shop owners, passerby and residents to scamper for safety.
Shops were hurriedly closed during the melee which was said to have been triggered by the fight that trailed a recent Valentine party following which one of the area boys was killed.
