The Executive Chairman, Amuwo-Odofin Local Government, Engr. Dr. Valentine Buraimoh committed to its resolution to build the Local Government an Ultramodern market as a legacy project, laid the foundation stone to commence the construction of the project.
In his message to residents that came to witness the remarkable event, he said, “Today’s event is a testament to our commitment to ensuring that we want the best for our community. Festac deserves only the best and an Ultramodern market is just the appropriate infrastructure for the community.”
The Council Chairman further reemphasized that initial shop owners with valid documents would be first considered for allotment.
