Appeal Court suspends Oshiomhole as APC chairman

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole.

High drama is unending in the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the Appeal Court upheld the suspension of Adams Oshiomhole as chairman of the party.

The judgment coincided with the resignation of Edo governor, Godwin Obaseki from the party.

In a judgment delivered by Justice Mohammed Lamido, the three man panel dismissed Oshiomhole’s appeal for lacking in merit.

The panel accordingly affirmed the decision of an Abuja High Court which had in early March ordered the suspension of Oshiomhole as APC National Chairman.
