In a statement issued on May 1, Chairman Dauda described workers as the backbone of governance and national development, applauding their resilience, professionalism, and dedication to duty.

He particularly commended the staff of Ikeja Local Government for their unwavering commitment, diligence in service delivery, and continued support towards the growth and transformation of the council.

The chairman reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to improving staff welfare, enhancing capacity development, and providing an enabling work environment that empowers workers to perform optimally.

He further urged workers to remain steadfast, uphold excellence, and continue contributing meaningfully to the development of Ikeja and Lagos State.
