Speaking on behalf of the group, the Coordinator, Comrade Tayo Aderinola, described their inclusion in the large-scale empowerment programme as a clear demonstration of the lawmaker’s commitment to grassroots development, participatory leadership, and sustained community engagement.

He noted that the initiative reflects a deep understanding of the socio-economic needs of constituents, adding that such interventions not only provide immediate relief but also create pathways for long-term economic stability.

The League further expressed profound appreciation to the lawmaker for what it described as a “thoughtful and impactful gesture,” while offering prayers for continued wisdom, strength, and divine guidance as he steers the affairs of Ikeja Federal Constituency.

The group also congratulated all beneficiaries of the empowerment programme, with special recognition given to its members, Alhaji Kafaru Adebayo and Elder Olufemi Durojaiye, who were among recipients of mini-buses distributed at the event.

They urged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the resources to improve their livelihoods and contribute meaningfully to the local economy.

The Renewed Hope Mega Empowerment 2026 is part of ongoing efforts to enhance economic opportunities and improve the standard of living across Ikeja Federal Constituency.
