In a continued push to enhance academic excellence and widen access to quality education, the Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, has launched free tutorial classes for candidates preparing for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examinations.

The programme has drawn significant participation from candidates across the LCDA, including beneficiaries of the administration’s earlier distribution of 500 free JAMB forms. It forms part of a broader strategy by the Olusegun Odunmbaku-led administration to empower youths and strengthen educational development.

Tailored to support students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, the initiative offers intensive coaching in core subjects, equipping participants with the skills and confidence needed to excel in the highly competitive Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Speaking on the initiative, Hon. Odunmbaku reiterated his administration’s commitment to grooming future leaders through deliberate investment in education. He added that beyond boosting academic performance, the programme is also designed to ease the financial burden on parents and guardians.
