The Nigerian forward opened scoring with a powerful header off Leroy Sané’s cross before confidently converting two penalty kicks, sealing his treble and taking his tally to six goals in the competition so far — one ahead of Manchester City’s Erling Haaland.
Haaland netted twice in City’s 4–1 win over Borussia Dortmund, while Harry Kane (Bayern Munich) and Kylian Mbappé (Real Madrid) remain close behind on five goals apiece.
