The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda, announced the launch of the AKOD Holiday Job Programme, where participants will gather crucial data from various locations, informing planning decisions, improving service delivery, and ensuring fair allocation of democratic benefits.
The Council Chairman stated in a press release on Monday that the data collection drive is designed to underpin effective planning, upgrade service delivery, and facilitate timely and equitable distribution of benefits under the IKEJA Agenda, thereby enhancing democracy’s dividends.
“We appreciate your full cooperation with the enumerators when they approach you, as they are duly authorized representatives of the Local Government and will be properly identified”, Dauda urged residents and business community in Ikeja Local Government.
