Eid El-Fitr: Lagos Head of Service, Agoro conveys felicitations to Muslims

Lagos State Head of Service, Mr. Bode Agoro, has extended warm felicitations to Muslim faithful on the joyous occasion of Eid el-Fitr, marking the end of Ramadan 1446 AH, highlighting that Ramadan is a month of devotion, sacrifice, and self-reflection.

Debo Adeniji, Head, Public Affairs, office of HoS, in a press release received by Lagos Panorama on Sunday, reported that “Agoro stated this immediately after the Eid prayer, held at the Dodan Barracks praying ground, Obalende, on Sunday, 30th March, 2025”.

In his address, Agoro congratulated the Muslim ummah, emphasizing the values of peace, tolerance, and generosity that Eid embodies.

He encouraged everyone to remember those in need and extend a helping hand, underscoring the importance of empathy, love, unity, and compassion towards one another as taught by Islam.

Agoro also urged Public Servants in the State to rededicate themselves to their duties, serving the people of Lagos with renewed commitment and energy.

As the Muslim community marks Eid el-Fitr, Agoro prayed for Almighty Allah’s acceptance of their fasts, supplications, and good deeds, and for abundant rewards in recognition of their dedication and sacrifice.
