Quick recovery of Nigeria’s economy my priority – Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu has reassured Nigerians that no stone will be left unturned in his administration’s efforts to stimulate the economy and make it work for the greatest good of all.

President Bola Tinubu has reassured Nigerians that no stone will be left unturned in his administration’s efforts to stimulate the economy and make it work for the greatest good of all.

Tinubu said that every effort across sectors would be documented and periodically reviewed for performance verification and public presentation to steadily ensure measured growth and enhanced public enlightenment on policy outcomes.

According to a statement issued on Friday by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, Tinubu gave the assurance during a meeting with the Board of Trustees of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Professionals Forum led by former Bauchi State Governor, Mallam Isa Yuguda, at the State House, Abuja on Friday.

“This economy must recover for the good and greatest number of Nigerians, and we are seriously committed to seeing through a change for the better.

“So far, we have taken some baby steps and pushed some aggressive positions,” the President told the APC professionals, who had earlier pledged their support for the reforms.

In his speech, Yuguda disclosed that more than two million people had been registered as professionals in different fields since 2018. He stood ready to provide structures for mobilisation and sensitization on government policies.

CBA Foundation calls out in-laws over Dehumanisation of widows

After Mrs kumbaya (name changed to protect her identity) lost her husband at work in 2005, she was accused of killing him. It took the combined hard work of the brothers to get their sister off the back of her fellow widow. They told their sister pointedly that she too could face the same accusation she was levelling against their sister-in-law, since her husband was deceased too.
