Lagos needs ₦300bn annually to achieve universal access to water – WaterAid

International non-government organisation, WaterAid, has said that in order for Lagos State to meet its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) targets on universal access to water, an annual sector spending of ₦300billion would have to be committed to the state.
