OPEBI LAND TUSSLE: Lagos justifies action on disputed land
The Committee of Inquiry set up by the Lagos State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Moyosore Onigbanjo (SAN) to look into the complaint of a lawyer, M.O. Ubani (Esq.), published on social media on the 31st December 2020, in respect of land situate at 1, Folorunsho Kuku Street, Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos, has submitted its final report.
Lagos Ministry of Transportation denies involvement in land tussle
The Lagos State Ministry of Transportation has denied its involvement in a dispute relating to land situated at No 1, Folurunsho Kuku Street, Off Agbaoku, Opebi, as contained in a social media post by a Lagos lawyer, M.O. Ubani, describing it as a figment of his imagination and a flagrant attempt to rubbish the reputation of the Ministry.
Lagos Ministry of environment has no task force on land matters – Commissioner
Lagos State Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, on Thursday, disclaimed a trending social media post by a Lagos lawyer, M.O. Ubani, accusing an unknown Task Force of the Ministry of the Environment, acting on directives of the Commissioner, Mr. Tunji Bello, of being responsible for forcibly taking over a disputed private parcel of land.
